Life is fulfilling. On some days it fills you with joy and you feel as if you don’t have a care in the world. On others you feel you are wading through treacle; your heart may feel heavy. It is all part of the rich tapestry called life. Your life is intertwined with others, even those you feel you are not that close to. A distant friend can call with news, good or bad, and it can fill your heart with joy or despair. Your hearts are all linked in one way or another. This is hard for me to explain as it cannot be explained in the words of your science. Your hearts are linked with those of others and those of you that are finely attuned can feel others elation and pain. For those that you love, you can feel this pain or happiness wherever you are. For those that you are less close to, you can feel it when you are in their vicinity. It can be described as a feeling and as you become more and more attuned to those feelings you will become more aware of those around you and whether they are having a good or bad day. This can be seen as a gift, but on occasions the burden of others’ hurt can be difficult to bear. Your hearts are all intertwined. It is hard to explain, but if I were to put it into your own language you would see threads of light running between each of you. In reality, it is nothing like this, but it is the best I can do with your limited vocabulary. These threads of light link each and every one of you, but are broader for those that you are closer to. In the case of those that you love, these threads are beams of light.

Life is long. At least it can be for those that have active, healthy lives and are not plagued by illness. You are born, you live and then you die. There is a purpose, but what is it?

Most of you go through your lives living through various ups and downs, various experiences, without questioning the purpose too much. You were born, you are living, and one day each of you will die, but there is more to life if you look below the surface. You live your lives for a reason. Your life begins as an idea, formed here sitting in the place I call home. Your spirit makes the decision to incarnate and once that decision is made you must then decide how you will live your life. You’ll decide on your parents, your children, who you will marry, if you will marry and so on. Your health is mainly decided by the body you chose to incarnate within, but of course it can also be influenced by the healthiness of your lifestyle. It all feels rather contrived when you look at it this way, but of course it isn’t. Life feels unpredictable. One minute you are gliding along happily and the next something happens that can knock you off kilter. It may be the sudden death of a loved one, a serious illness or in fact any unexpected major event. In actual fact, you will have chosen to live through that experience before you entered your physical body. This is hard to believe, I know. Why would you choose such pain and suffering? Why would a person choose to live through a war situation or other traumatic situation? It is not hard for me to understand, as I am here and know how all the pieces of the puzzle fit together. You choose to experience hardships in order that your spirit grows and develops. Why would you want this to happen? The more your spirit or soul (or however you want to refer to it) grows and develops, the more you can see, hear and feel. A young spirit has a limited depth of understanding here with me, but as a spirit evolves its depth of vision, of understanding, of many things only I can see, and feel, will grow. In their own way, spirits are born, and then live side-by-side in complete and utter harmony here with me. A spirit will then choose, on occasions, to incarnate to increase its depth of understanding and development. Of course, there are other ways for a spirit to develop, but incarnating into a physical body with you on your earthly plane is just one of those ways.

Love is the question, or is it the answer? What makes us Love someone and not another individual? What draws you to a particular person? You are female, for example, and there are millions and millions of men in the world, but you can love only a few of these, maybe only one. You look at other men and you feel repulsed at the thought of a relationship with them. You can be friends, but certainly nothing more. There is an answer, but it links back here to me. You have made your connections back here in your true home, and although you have no memory of them in your earthly body, at least no direct memory, there is such a strong connection that when you meet for the first time on earth, it is there and you feel it. The connection is so strong that it will draw you together. The connection is made here in your true home. You have many connections here, but some are so much stronger than others and when you find those souls in your earthly plane it is so, so easy to fall in love with that individual. Those that you have weaker connections with may become friends. You will be drawn to them, but in a less intense and emotional way. The strongest connections are those that you can love and if you are lucky enough to meet your soulmate while in your earthly body the chemistry, at least initially, can be almost indescribable. Love is intense. True love goes beyond your lives today. It transcends your earthly plane to your true home. It is everlasting. It will never, ever fade or die. Your true love is just that; the one and only.

Love in all its glory can be full of wonder.  It can fill you with awe; leave you wondering what has come over you.  It is a feeling that is all encompassing and will fill you with complete and utter joy.  How many of you have experienced true love?  It is impossible to define.  How do you know you are in love?  It is a feeling that cannot be measured.  It cannot be compared.  How do you know that the depth of love you are feeling is that which is experienced by another?  True love is undefinable.  You can use words to define it, but nothing, no words, will take you to the place of true, true love.

You fall in love in your earthly bodies and some of you will experience true love, but it can be fleeting.  You may meet your soul mate, fall in love, but life’s day to day chores and daily routines get in the way.  The feeling of true love is dimmed.  The light does not shine as bright, but believe me when I say that it is still there.  If you have been lucky enough to meet your soul mate and then spend your earthly lives together, then love will continue.  It may be buried beneath the surface, below realms of day to day bits and bobs that have to be done, but it is there.  True love is a truly wondrous thing and you should fight to regain its strength.  It is there, and with very little effort you can re-ignite the flame.  You can push aside your worries and the annoyances of life in general and wallow in what can only be described as the one feeling you experience in your earthly body that is close to how things are here, in your true home with me.  The love you experience in your earthly body is but a glimpse of the love you experience here, but it is something; a reminder of what waits for you here, sitting beside me.

Each and every one of you will die.  Your spirit will lift from your physical body and come back here, to where I sit today.  There are no exceptions.  There is no hell.  There is no place in between where ghosts and ghouls become stuck.  Here with me is your true home.  It is a place of true wonder, a place beyond your own physical realm.  It is so, so different to where you sit today.  Your home is a place of beauty, but here that beauty goes beyond anything you dreamed possible.  It is a beauty that your own words would be unable to describe.  Suffice to say that when you return here to be with me you will see it with your own eyes.

There is no doubt that you will return here, some of you sooner than others, but each and every one of you will return to your true home.  Those that have led a life of goodness will return here.  Those that have led a life full of evil will return here.  Those that have led a life of crime will return here.  Each of you has your own lessons to learn and fulfill in your earthly body and when you return you will sit and watch every moment of your physical life and learn from that experience.  Your spirit will grow and develop as a result.  There are those of you on earth that have caused obvious pain and hurt, and the lessons from these experiences will be great, but even those that have led a relatively pain free and happy life will come back here and learn from the experience.

Love is the answer to life’s woes.  Many of you think this is the case.  If you can find love, then your problems can be solved, but what is love?  Many of you will have experienced losing the one you love.  Your partner falls out of love with you and you feel devastated and alone.  How will you cope?  Everyone needs a partner, a soul mate don’t they?  Of course love is important in your life, but there are times when individuals are alone.  They have no partner, no true love in their life.  Does this make them a failure?  Of course not.  This is a time to take stock, to understand the real ‘you’.  There will be moments that you feel alone, maybe even lonely, but this could be a time to find out more about yourself, to explore the place you live in, even the world.  The old saying ‘two minds are better than one’ can be true, but alternatively having time to explore your own mind, your own ambitions, your own self is quite a wonderful thing too.

When you are alone, without a partner, many feel there is a stigma attached to this situation.  It is not acceptable to be a single person.  This is not true.  It is your perception of reality.  In truth, many of those around you in relationships will be unhappy.  They will be smiling on the outside, but on the inside they may be hoping for more, wishing they had not taken the step into the partnership they are in.  Love can be the answer, but not everyone is lucky enough to find love for the whole of their lives.  Those that use those moments of being single to explore, to grow and develop will look back on their lives with great satisfaction.  It is nice, satisfying even, to have someone around every day, someone to rely on, but in contrast those that are not in this situation can still live a full and satisfying life.  There is no right or wrong.  Everyone has the ability to lead a happy and fulfilling life, whatever their situation.  It is a mindset, the way you perceive a situation.  This is easy for me to say, I know, but it is a reality.  Life is for living.  Why waste a day fretting over something that could have been, when more often than not something much brighter will be around the corner.  Sometimes it may take a while for life to take an upturn, but almost inevitably it will and you will look back on those times when you felt sad and alone as the briefest of moments.

My words so far on life after death have focused on those that have died and passed to be back here with me in their true home.  What of those that are left behind?  There are many that search for answers.  Is there an afterlife?  Can I contact my mother who I loved so dearly?  Of course, there are those that claim they are able to speak with the dead and communicate with lost loved ones.  Many of those that claim to have this ability have a true gift.  Of course there are charlatans, but that is the same in any profession.  Why then do those that have the gift of speaking with the dead get treated with such disdain and disbelief?  In times gone past they would have been burned at the stake or ducked into the nearest river to see if they survived.  What is so wrong with having the ability to reassure people that their loved ones that have left earth are there and are watching over them?  What harm can it do to reassure those with such an ache in their hearts that one day they will be together with those that they have loved and lost?  Psychics often charge for their services, but why is this any different than any other person trying to make a living from the gift they have been given for their life?

Once a loved one has died it does leave many with lots of questions.  There may be unanswered questions about the relationship they had together when they lived together on earth.  It may be that a person misses an individual so much that they need just a glimpse of reassurance that life really does go on.  It is always hardest for those left behind to grieve.  Once you have died you return here to me and you will be filled with wonder.  Those that are left behind are filled with pain.  There is often a gap in their hearts never to be filled again.  Those that have died can watch over their loved ones they left behind, but they cannot touch them; they cannot speak to them.  It is all done in the realms of the subconscious.  If you close your eyes and listen carefully you will hear the answers to your questions, but how can you be sure that the voice isn’t yours?  Is it a trick of your imagination?  Life does continue after death and all your departed loved ones are here with me watching over you.

Life is for living as you only get one chance at it.  You will have heard these words many times before and they are full of truth.  When you get back here you will be able to watch your life on earth in full.  You will be able to see the happiness you caused and any pain you might have inflicted, but you will not be able to feel those experiences ever again.  You will watch them and learn, and your spirit will grow and develop as an outcome.

Life is definitely for living.  The feelings you have in your physical body are undefinable, and when you get back here you will see the interactions are quite, quite different.  Your life on earth in your physical body really is a lesson.  Your spirit is enhanced and developed.  You will see the benefits here with me.  While you are living, each day can seem like an eternity, but as soon as you get back here you will see that your physical life was but a moment.  It was the equivalent to the minutest part of a second.  Your life back here with me just goes on and on and on.  It is hard to explain.  You may wonder what you do here with me, how your days are filled, what is your way of being?  I cannot easily explain, but suffice to say that your life is full of a richness undefinable in your own words.  The interactions you have defy words.  The surroundings are a multitude of rainbows.  The love is beyond your wildest expectations.

Every spirit returns here.  There are no exceptions.  Those that have led a life of love and luxury, those that have inflicted war and pain, those that have taken their own lives.  They all return here.  There is no hell.  There is no fire and brimstone.  You leave here, you live your life and then you come back and continue your life here with me.

These are our last words for 2014.  Thank you for reading.  We will be back after the holidays.

The question in all of your hearts is what lies beyond death.  Is it a pool of nothingness or a tunnel with the brightest light at the end?  The answer is clear to me sitting here, all knowing and all seeing, but for most of you it will take a great leap of faith to believe the tunnel does in fact lead to the afterlife.  It does, and this place that I call home is where you will come.  I sit here today surrounded by utter beauty, by complete love and, yes, I am all knowing and all seeing, at least in your eyes I would be.  Of course I can see your world.  I can see your lives, past, future and present.  I can see what the future holds, who you will love, who you will lose, your children and when these events will happen.  I can see the moment of arrival in your physical body and I can see the moment of departure.  I know what the future holds.  I know that when you die you will come back here and sit beside me watching over the world that you call your home today.  It is an all encompassing view and one that allows me to help and guide when necessary.  It is a place of beauty.  I hold your future in my hands, but it is a future you decided before you left your true home here with me.  I merely help and guide you through your physical life in order that you fulfill that plan for your life.  I ensure the connections are made.  I ensure you are where you need to be at the right time.  Of course, I am not with each and every one of you.  I am with Sam, but each of you has your own William guiding you along your chosen path.

Many of you fear the process of dying.  It is the unknown.  Will you feel pain?  Is that the end of everything?  There is no pain in dying.  Of course, there may be a brief moment of physical pain, but as your spirit lifts that pain will subside and you will see before you the place that is your true home.  It is an instant remembering.  You left this place and you were born into your physical body and in doing so you forgot all about the place that is your true home.  When you die and return here you will remember instantly.  You will feel all the heartache of a physical life floating away and you will remember.

Life is for living.  The place I call your true home is a wondrous place, but the place you inhabit in your physical body is a place of beauty as well.  I can’t emphasise enough the importance of living for the moment while you are living in your physical body.  There is so much to learn, so much to see, so much to give.  Your life in your physical body is but a moment and it is for that reason that you should live for today, as if there were no tomorrow.  So many of you dwell on the past, what could have been.  Others look to the future willing certain events to happen.  If you live in the moment you will enjoy your life to the full.  Even when you are feeling down, maybe in the depths of despair, there is beauty around you; a flower, the light in someones eyes. If you look for the positives, then life can become bearable.  Of course, death is a sad thing, mostly for those that are left behind.  You cannot be certain of an afterlife, that you will see the person again, but please believe me.  I am here in the afterlife and it is just as you can imagine it to be, but much, much more.
